World Wellbeing Week takes place annually during the last week of June, specifically from June 23 to June 30 this year. It’s more than just a calendar event; it’s a global initiative designed to raise awareness about the significance of holistic wellness. This encompasses all dimensions of well-being, including mental, physical, emotional, social, and community aspects. Celebrating this week offers a wonderful opportunity to reflect on and actively enhance our overall wellness.

In line with this celebration, Lee Health invites you to participate actively in World Wellbeing Week events designed to foster and enhance your health. Their Healthy Life Center has curated a variety of events that not only aim to boost your wellness but also inspire you to integrate healthier habits into your daily routine.
